- If you are in Toronto for Saturday's ROH event, make sure to check out Jim Ross's show, RINGSIDE: An Evening With Jim Ross, at The Danforth Music Hall in Toronto this Friday at 9:00pm. I went to his evening show in New Orleans last month, and it was a great time complete with a cameo from "Stone Cold" Steve Austin. You can purchase tickets for the show at this link.

- Also this weekend, Jerry "The King" Lawler and Terri "Marlena" Runnels will be appearing at this weekend's Jersey Championship Wrestling's events in New Jersey. Lawler and Runnels will be appearing at Friday's show in Manville and Saturday's show in Middletown, while WWE Hall of Famer Jake "The Snake" Roberts will be appearing at Saturday's show. You can get more information about both shows at the official JCW website.

- Pro Wrestling Revolution announced that with the assistance and cooperation of ROH, Japanese wrestling legend Jushin "Thunder" Liger will appear at their event on May 18th in Morgan Hill, CA. Liger will face Blue Demon Jr. for the Pro Wrestling Revolution World Heavyweight Title. You can get more information or purchase tickets here.

- Independent wrestler RJ Skinner has a great article at Guyism.com about the 6 hard lessons he learned at wrestling school. Some of the lessons include that the business really is a work, "racism is acceptable if it sells" and "a lot of guys smell like a–." You can read it here.
