- WWE's website has a article naming the 25 best Intercontinental Champions of all-time. Randy Savage topped the list, followed by Chris Jericho, The Ultimate Warrior, Mr. Perfect, The Honky Tonk Man, Razor Ramon, Bret Hart, Pedro Morales and Randy Orton. Tito Santana rounded out the top 10.
