- From the random stats department, last night's SmackDown was the first time that a former member of The Shield competed on WWE TV in a tag match without any other member of The Shield as Roman Reigns teamed with John Cena and Sheamus to face Bray Wyatt, Alberto Del Rio, Cesaro and Randy Orton.

On a related note, until last night the last time Bray Wyatt teamed up with a Superstar besides a Wyatt Family member on WWE TV was in a 12-man tag match on SmackDown in November 2013.
