UFC 174 Main Event Video, Who's Next For UFC Champion, Does Rory MacDonald Get Title Shot?

- Demetrious Johnson remained the only man to hold the UFC flyweight championship, thwarting the effort of Ali Bagautinov Saturday night at UFC 174. Johnson earned his fourth title defense, scoring a decision victory. You can see all the highlights in the video above.

Since winning the belt in a tournament final over Joseph Benavidez, Johnson has turned back the efforts of John Dodson, John Moraga and Benavidez again before adding Bagautinov to that list.

- UFC flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson isn't sure who he will face next, but UFC president Dana White has a pretty good idea. Following Johnson's win over Ali Bagautinov Saturday night, White told FOX Sports 1 who he would like to see matched up with "Mighty Mouse."

"The kid is unbelievable, there's not a thing he can't do. He's always impressive," White said. "A (John) Dodson rematch makes the most sense. I'm not saying that's the next fight for him, but I like that fight."

Dodson fought Johnson to a decision last year in the first title defense for the champion. Dodson, a former winner of The Ultimate Fighter, is coming off a victory over John Moraga.

- Despite Rory MacDonald dominating fellow top contender Tyron Woodley at UFC 174 Saturday night, he did not do enough to warrant a fight with UFC welterweight champion Johny Hendricks next. That honor will still go to the winner of Robbie Lawler-Matt Brown, set for later this year.

"The Matt Brown-Robbie Lawler will get the title fight," UFC president Dana White reiterated on the FS1 post-fight show. "He dominated Woodley. He made him look like he shouldn't have even been in there."

MacDonald earned a second straight decision win since a 2013 loss to Lawler via split decision. Lawler went on to face Hendricks for the vacant title, which MacDonald's teammate, Georges St-Pierre, relinquished.

White added that if there was one thing he was upset about by MacDonald's performance it was his lack of killer instinct, saying "he had Woodley wobbled and hurt and MacDonald stood on the outside. Go in there and try to finish him. But he looked good. I liked the way he fought. He's great."
