Batista Talks About Being Ripped, NFL Player Open To WWE Career, Jinder Mahal's First Post-WWE Match
- In the video above, Jinder Mahal reflects on wrestling his first match since his WWE departure at last night's Reality of Wrestling event. Jinder noted that he wants to reinvent himself as a singles competitor and hopes to go back to WWE one day and have a lot more to offer.
- The New York Post has an interview with Batista, who was promoting Guardians of the Galaxy. During the interview, Batista talked about getting ripped for the role.
"I actually started lifting weights to put some weight back on for the role," Batista said. "[Before,] I avoided the weights and really tried to trim down because I was trying to get more roles, which is really hard to do when you look like a shaved gorilla."
- CardiaChill.com has an interview with Tyrone Ezell, who was recently signed by the New Orleans Saints. During the interview, Ezell talked about his interest in WWE.
"It's always been my dream as a little kid to be a professional wrestler and then football kicked off and I'm here speaking with you right now so I'm definitely rolling with that," Ezell said. "I figured out I was pretty good at it and I just want to go that direction right now but I'm definitely a big fan of WWE and I got a championship belt and everything, which they saw at the bowl game, and I wouldn't mind doing that if it ever came down to it."
