NXT Star's Gimmick In Trouble Because Of The Miz?, Former Knockout Appears As Rosebud Again, Momoa
- Former TNA Knockout Thea Trinidad (Rosita) was once again used as one of Adam Rose's Rosebuds on last night's RAW from Richmond. Other Rosebuds last night were indie star Caleb Konley and Ring of Honor's Mandy Leon.
- The Miami Herald recently spoke with actor Jason Momoa, star of WWE Studios' new Road to Paloma movie. He was asked about being a WWE fan:
"I am a fan, but I have a 5-year-old and 6-year-old. I can't even watch TV or read a book right now. That was fun when I was younger. I met Hacksaw [Jim Duggan] at one of these conventions. I was pretty excited about it. I liked him, Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka. There were a lot of wrestlers I liked. I like watching the real warriors out there. I like watching UFC. I like watching boxing. I like watching those old samurai and martial arts movies. [Director] Akira Kurosawa , guys like him to me are awesome. I like watching those types of things."
- There was some speculation that Tyler Breeze's gimmick could be in trouble when The Miz returned to WWE TV with the new "protect my face" gimmick. Breeze tweeted the following during The Miz's match on RAW last night:
"Prince pretty = moneymaker. Miz=uggo #RAW"
"All this talk about a "moneymaker" Must have missed that.. there is only one face that is not only a moneymaker but is also gorgeous. #RAW"
