TNA Makes TV Title Announcement, AJ Styles And Chris Sabin Returning To PWG, Styles - ROH, PCW

- TNA announced today that the TV title is officially inactive.

"The TV Title was left dormant by the Dixie Carter and MVP administrations for over a year," said storyline TNA Executive Director Kurt Angle. "Taking over as Executive Director has required me to fix issues they left behind. Championships are the reward of competition inside the ring between wrestlers striving to be the best. As of now, the TV Title is inactive. I'm looking for our roster to step up their level of competition and wrestle on a higher level for the World Heavyweight, X-Division, Knockout and World Tag Team Championships."

- Kazarian and Evan Bourne aren't the only former WWE and TNA talent making their returns to Pro Wrestling Guerrilla. AJ Styles has been named the 16th entrant in the Battle of Los Angeles tournament, while Chris Sabin has been named the fourth entrant and Brian Myers, f.k.a. Curt Hawkins, makes his debut as the 6th entrant. The tournament will take place from August 29-31. Other talent to appear are newly crowned World Champions ROH Champion Micheal Elgin and newly crowned Pro Wrestling Guerrilla World Champion Kyle O'Reilly.

- Ring of Honor is heading back to West Virginia on Saturday, September 27th at the WesBanco Arena in Wheeling. AJ Styles is confirmed for the show.

- Preston City Wrestling (PCW) out of Europe announced a working partnership with ROH.

"It is a great achievement for us to make this deal work for both parties and I feel the greatest benefit will be seen by the fans who attend," said PCW Owner Steven Fludder. "With interest from all over Europe it will be great to welcome ROH to Preston and show them how hard we try to be the best we can be. Just to be associated with ROH is a massive coup for PCW and we really hope this is just the beginning as we could really help promote each other to overseas markets."
