Hedge Fund Purchases Large Stake In WWE, Controversial MMA Star At RAW, WWE Artist

- New York-based hedge fund Eminence Capital disclosed in a filing today that it had purchased a 9.6% stake in World Wrestling Entertainment. BuzzFeed.com noted that Eminence, which merged Men's Wearhouse and Jos. A. Bank earlier this year, has yet to comment on the filing. Just last week, Insider Monkey reported that Balyasny Asset Management increased their stake in WWE from 1.34 million shares to 1.68 million shares, representing 5.26% of the company's outstanding shares.
