- The rumors of WWE SmackDown moving to Thursday nights on Syfy have once again started up. Syfy issued a press release on Thursday to announce that their new 12 Monkeys series will debut on Friday, January 16th at 9pm EST. Obviously that is when the second hour of WWE SmackDown begins. There could be a mistake with Syfy's press release or it could be that WWE is finally moving SmackDown off Friday nights. We'll keep you updated.
