Rumor On A Top WWE Superstar Suffering Injury During Monday's RAW Main Event
- There are rumors that Randy Orton suffered an injury in the Handicap Street Fight Main Event of Monday's WWE RAW from Kansas City.
The rumor comes from a correspondent in attendance. Earlier in the match, Dean Ambrose dove onto the heels from the announce table. The fan noted that Orton later went up to the WWE trainer at ringside and said, "The ruptured disc in my back is f–ked." Orton had trouble getting in and out of the ring after that spot with Ambrose.
It's worth noting that Orton did not work last night's SmackDown tapings but the injury is not confirmed and should be taken as a rumor for now.
Regarding Orton's pre-existing condition, he suffered a herniated disc during a Falls Count Anywhere Match against Bad News Barrett on the December 30th, 2011 SmackDown after Barrett pushed Orton down a flight of stairs. Orton chose rehab over surgery and was back in the ring just over a month later.
