Triple H Talks About Vince McMahon Running WWE, Building Up The NXT Brand, Creative, More

- In the video above, Sam Roberts talks with Triple H at the WWE Performance Center recently. Below are some highlights from the interview:

* He talked about how they expect a lot out of the NXT talents because they're being given more tools than any other talent in the business has been given to succeed.

* When he's recommended a talent to bring in, the biggest thing he wants to know about is their attitude.

* Triple H said he gets more excitement now when bringing talents up successfully, such as Bray Wyatt. He said nobody will ever take Vince McMahon's spot and he doesn't think about that. He said Vince isn't going anywhere any time soon. Triple H said to him, it's all about making the WWE product great and the future. Who's sitting in the chair, him or Vince, at the end of the day doesn't matter.

* He said they take the talents they have in NXT and try to write a show that he would want to watch each week. In regards to people comparing the main roster shows and NXT, he said the pressure of writing a 3 hour show each week is a lot different than the pressure of writing a 1 hour show each week. The main goal in NXT is to bring the talents up to the main roster but he's happy if they can build the NXT product.
