Tonight's live-on-tape spectacle opens with a recap of Ambrose and Cena going at it on Monday Night Raw. True believers will recall that Ambrose got the contract at the end of Monday's show so he earned the chance to meet Rollins at Hell in a Cell. After that, Seth Rollins himself hits the ramp.

He takes to the mic and joins the crowd in chanting that he sold out. It's funny because it totally kills their momentum. He tells the crowd that selling out is the best thing he ever did and assures them that they'd do the same if given the chance. He added that he'll leave Ambrose a hot, sweaty, smelly mess at Hell in a Cell.

Out comes Dolph Ziggler to settle his beef with Rollins. Dolph tells Rollins that he needs to understand what respect means and Rollins says he'll teach him a lesson when they go at it for their match. Ziggler blindsides Rollins with a dropkick and the match begins. Then a commercial begins.

After the break, Rollins charges Ziggler in the corner and Dolph doges it. Ziggler works Seth over in the corner, hits a neckbreaker and follows up with an elbow and a cover. Rollins kicks out at 2. After some more fighting, Ziggler gets Rollins into the corner and jumps up on the second rope to pinch him in the head. Rollins gets control and teases a power bomb but Dolph counters and delivers a DDT. He follows with a cover and a near fall. Dolph misses with a Zig Zag and Rollins misses on the chance for a curb stomp. The end comes when Seth puts Dolph into the corner and then lands a curb stomp. The cover and three-count is academic.

Result: Seth Rollins defeats Dolph Ziggler via pinfall.

After the match, Ambrose emerges with his contract in hand. Ambrose steps in and Rollins retreats. Dean says he's going to rip Seth's face off at Hell in a Cell. He might not have read the memo about the PG Era. Kane's music hits next. He says Ambrose will face him in the main event of tonight's show.

Over at the announce desk, JBL celebrates about the main event. We also learn that there's a 6-man tag and Divas action later.

Back on the show, AJ is on commentary, Alicia Fox is at her side and it's time for Divas action. They Re-rack the Diva's stuff from earlier this wek and it's bell time.

Layla vs. AJ Lee

The ladies hook up, Layla hits AJ with an elbow and AJ goes off the ropes to drop Layla. He hits Layla with move after move, keeping her on the mat. Layla comes back with a high kick and then tosses AJ's face into the mat. Layla goes with a head scissors next and then moves to a headlock. AJ battles back and Layla tries to come at her with a cross body and misses. AJ wraps her up in the black widow and Layla taps quickly.

Result: AJ defeats Layla via submission.

After the bell, Paige and Alicia storm the ring and attack AJ.

Backstage, Kane chastises Rollins for not taking Hell in a Cell seriously. Sounds like they're having a 3-on-2 handicap match on Raw this week.

Sheamus & The Usos vs. Goldust, Stardust and The Miz w/Mizdow

Sheamus starts out against Goldust. Sheamus flips Goldust into the corner and he tags in StardustSheamus brings Stardust over to the corner and tags in Jey who maintains the leverage and tags in Jimmy rather quickly. Jimmy gets a near fall and Stardust comes back, beating up Jimmy and tagging in Miz. Miz doesn't stay on top for very long. Uso kocks Miz out of the ring and into the wall and Mizdow pantomimes the whole thing perfectly. Miz comes back in and Goldust distracts Uso long enough for Miz to land a blow.

After a break, we return to find Stardust working over Jey Uso. Sheamus runs outside to chase Miz up the ramp. Jey tries for a pin inside the ring but Stardust kicks out and gets back on top. Uso tries to fight back and Stardust tags in his bro. It's a slow grind for a bit as Goldie does his thing. Jey gets a Samoan drop and both guys crawl for a tag. Sheamus comes in and cleans house. Miz tries to ambush him and he gets thrown outside and hit by a diving Uso for good measure. Back inside, Goldust tries top cover Sheamus and one of the Usos breaks it up. A short time later, Sheamus lands a brogue kick on Goldie and covers him for the win.

Result: Sheamus & The Usos defeat Goldust, Stardust and The Miz via pinfall

Rusev is the hot topic of discussion after the break. We revisit the whole Show/Rusev feud and then Show comes out for a promo. He says the third time will be the charm when he faces Rusev again, then he calls out Mark Henry to talk about Henry's interference in his last match with Rusev. They take a walk down Memory Lane and Show says they're like family. Show says he's going to defeat Rusev where Henry did not succeed, adding that he needs to do it alone. Henry says it's a tough pill to swallow but that he'll step aside so Show can get it done. They hug and then Rusev's music hits.

Lana says they're pathetic and Rusev gets the mic next. He says people will turn on Show when he loses to Rusev. Show's not impressed but the segment ends anyway.

Backstage, we see Nikki Bella and she's in Nikki Mode. Commercial sign.

Following some paid advertisements, we find Cameron already in the ring and it's time for a match.

Naomi vs. Nikki

Nikki comes on strong and gains the advantage over Naomi quickly. She goes for a pin and gets a near fall. She keeps Naomi on the canvas and applies a hold or two before Naomi comes back, shakes off Nikki and tosses her with a judo move. Naomi hits the "rear view" next and covers for the pin but Nikki puts her feet on the ropes. A short time later, Nikki gets Naomi with a torture rack slam and pins her for the win.

Result: Nikki defeats Naomi via pinfall.

The main event is within site as we pause for some important messages from the sponsors.

Dean cuts a promo after the commercial, borrowing one of Bruce's best lines from Die Hard. Bell time.

Dean Ambrose vs. Kane

Rollins is at ringside for this one. Kane lays into Ambrose after the bell. He tries for a slam and Ambrose squiggles outside. Kane follows dean and Dean slides back in. Kane becomes enraged and goes at it with Dean again. Dean slows him down with a dropkick and then Kane lands outside. Ambrose lays him out with a dive and then jumps back inside. He stops on Kane as the big guy tries to get back inside and then sets Kane up for a DDT off the top but Kane tosses him off his perch and then on to the floor. Kane rams Dean back and forth between the wall and the ring apron. Back inside, Kane keeps it up. He covers Dean but just gets a two count. Kane stays on top, twisting deans wrist and Dean responds by biting his hand. They end up brawling outside again and when they return to the ring, Ambrose drops Kane with a dropkick and follows with a bulldog. Ambrose can't put him away. Rollins ends up getting involved again and the bell rings, signaling a DQ.

Result: Dean Ambrose wins by DQ due to interference by Rollins.

After the bell, Rollins and Kane work Dean over. Kane gives Seth a chair and Rollins tries to curbstomp Dean's head but Dean dodges it. He gets ready to beat down Rollins with a chair and Kane comes in for a choke slam but Ambrose gets out of it and knocks the stuffing out of Kane. Ambrose stands tall as the show fades to black.
