- UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman wondered this weekend why Vitor Belfort had yet to be tested for their upcoming fight this February at UFC 184. The contest has been moved from Las Vegas to Los Angeles, but the Nevada Athletic Commission is still expected to help in the testing of Belfort, who was forced to submit to multiple blood and urine samples before competing again.
Well, Weidman got his answer after asking, as Yahoo! Sports' Kevin Iole reported Belfort was tested recently in Florida. The two are set to meet February 28 at Staples Center on the same night as Ronda Rousey vs. Cat Zingano for the UFC female bantamweight title.
