Big Title Change Kicks Off WWE TLC

- Dolph Ziggler defeated Luke Harper in the opening match of tonight's WWE TLC pay-per-view to become the new Intercontinental Champion. Ziggler won a brutal Ladder Match in his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio.

This is Ziggler's fourth run with the Intercontinental Title.
