- UFC Women's Bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey spoke recently about her appearance at a PWG event. She attended the show with fellow UFC fighters Jessamyn Duke and Shayna Baszler and was seen on camera chopping a wrestler.

"I gave him the most wussy chop ever, he just sold it really well," Rousey said. "That was actually my first one, but I'm looking forward to going back. It's one of the most fun nights I've ever had with the girls."

Rousey, Duke, Baszler and Marina Shafir all also attended WWE Summerslam and were seen backstage helping Stephanie McMahon with her "Ice Bucket Challenge."

- Former UFC Fighter War Machine (birth name Jon Koppenhaver) had his probation revoked after allegedly beating and trying to kill his ex-girlfriend and her friend. Koppenhaver was not supposed to leave Nevada without permission, but fled the area after the incident.

A judge this week invoked a 1.5-to-4 years' sentence that was suspended in February 2012 after Koppenhaver's guilty plea in an attempted battery case.
