Ronda Rousey Talks Eminem Diss, UFC Fighter Retires, UFC Running Stadium Show Again

- Ronda Rousey has been in the news recently after being mentioned in an Eminem song. During the track, "Shady XV," Rousey is said to have a "flat badonkadonk" and is called a "slaughterhouse in a blouse."

Rousey appeared on Jimmy Kimmel live last week and said she loves being referred to as a "slaughterhouse in a blouse." She noted that she doesn't care if it was intended as an insult, and respects Eminem's art.

- Longtime UFC fighter Yves Edwards has retired following a loss to Akbarh Arreola at UFC FIght Night 57 in November.

The 38-year old Edwards was highly regarded as a top 10 lightweight throughout the 2000's, and had over 65 professional fights. Edwards competed in the UFC, Bellator, Strikeforce, EliteXC, and PRIDE FC.

- UFC will return to Melbourne, Australia next November but it won't be a traditional Fight Pass program. The company will instead run a huge pay-per-view show at Etihad Stadium.

The venue holds over 50,000, and according to The Daily Telegraph, major names such as Jon Jones, Ronda Rousey, and Conor McGregor will be considered for the event. The UFC has not officially announced the event, but UFC executives have said that at least one title fight will be on the show.
