Former WWE Star Brings School To Tears, Great Khali Opening Wrestling School?, Vince Russo Returns
- Former WWE star Marc Mero recently spoke to a middle school and talked about his relationship with his mother, which brought many students to tears. You can check it out in the video above.
- The Hindustan Times reported last week that The Great Khali may be opening a wrestling school at Jalandhar in Punjab, India soon. Indian politician Harish Rawat, who is the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, asked Khali to host a pro wrestling event at Dehradun to promote the 2018 National Games. Khali noted that wrestlers from his academy and overseas would be a part of the first show.
"I am in the field of wrestling for the past 14 years, now I want to do something for those who wanted to make their career in wrestling," Khali said.
- Vince Russo debuted as a heel secret investor at Westside Xtreme Wrestlings "Back 2 the Roots XIV" in Oberhausen, Germany this past weekend. At the event, Russo booked a "spontaneous match" for the wXw Championship and took the actual referee out. Champion Big Daddy Walter was taken out by a shot with the title belt, and Russo counted the three-count himself to crown Karsten Beck the new champion.
