Ronda Rousey On Anderson Silva's Drug Test Failure, Jon Jones Challenged By Family, Faber Vs. Edgar

- UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey was outspoken when asked about PED's and drugs in MMA this week. With only one main event PPV fighter testing clean, Rousey headlines UFC 184 this month against challenger Cat Zingano.

"I was heartbroken to hear that," Rousey said to Yahoo over Anderson Silva's drug test failure. "I wanted to cry."

"People need to realize that is a weapon and they're bringing a weapon into the cage and they're making our sport unsafe," said Rousey. "The day that a person dies in that Octagon and the person who killed them tests positive for performance-enhancing drugs, we're going to have our first homicide case. It's going to destroy the whole sport."

Wrestling Inc will have full coverage of Rousey's title defense at UFC 184 on February 28.

- UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones isn't the only star athlete in his family, as both of his brothers Arthur and Chandler are NFL Super Bowl Winners. His younger brother Chandler challenged his brother Jon to a fight for charity.

"Me and my brother used to fight all the time when we were young and I'm pretty sure I can take him down now. I am way bigger than he is," Chandler said to TMZ.It will be fun if we actually did a one-round match for charity that would be fun. If I win, he would have to donate to the charity of my choice and vice versa."

While it's unlikely the NFL or the New England Patriots would allow this to happen, Chandler has laid down the challenge.

- A major bout has been booked for Fox Sports 1 for UFC's Fight Night show in Manila on May 16 as former champions Urijah Faber and Frankie Edgar will finally square off. The fight was considered a fantasy matchup for several years.

Faber has competed at 145 and 135 pounds while Edgar fought at 145 and 155 pounds, but it's unclear at what weight the fight will take place.
