Sin Cara Gimmick Infringement, Ryback Milestone, Paige In Fitness Magazine, Linda McMahon Note
- The original Sin Cara (Myzteziz) appeared on the Mexican talk show El Hormiguero MX last Wednesday dressed in his old Sin Cara outfit. The host also referred to him as Sin Cara and not Myzteziz, although they did mention he was Myzteziz. The show's Twitter account also advertised him with the @SinCaraWWE twitter account, which is the handle of the current Sin Cara (Hunico).
- John Finnegan of the North American Wrestling Rankings blog sent word that since they started tracking wrestler's televised victories and losses in November 2006, Ryback hit the 100 televised singles victory group with his victory over The Miz on last week's SmackDown episode. Ryback is only the 15th wrestler to earn 100 wins, joining CM Punk, John Cena, Randy Orton, Sheamus, Kane, Jeff Hardy, Kofi Kingston, Big Show, Mark Henry, Alberto Del Rio, The Miz, Dolph Zigler, Daniel Bryan and Jack Swagger.
- Linda McMahon will host Bonnie Hammer, Chairman of NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment Group, to the Sacred Heart University series on "Women Can Have It All" on March 25th at 2pm in the Schine Auditorium at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. Hammer has a long relationship with WWE, and she was instrumental in bringing WWF programming to the USA Network in the 80s.
"She just came in and rolled up her sleeves," Vince McMahon said of Hammer to The New York Times in 2011. "She taught us a lot about network quality writing, story arcs, character development. She really helped the overall brand."
- Shawn Perine, who is the editor-in-chief of the Muscle & Fitness and Muscle & Fitness Hers magazines, recently noted that he met with Paige and that "we'll see you soon..." The magazines have featured many wrestlers in the past, including Vince McMahon last month:
