WrestleMania 31 Tickets And Attendance News, Scalpers Helping With WWE Pay-Per-View Sellouts

- There are about 4,400 tickets left on Stubhub for next Sunday's WrestleMania 31 event. Front row seats are going for $13,000 while seats in the third row are going for $3,000. Those prices will drop between now and WrestleMania weekend. While WWE will likely sell under 60,000 of 65,000 tickets, the stadium will be full. They aren't worried about selling tickets as they've been very tight with comps given out within WWE, the San Francisco 49ers and Levi's Stadium.

New seats are being added in the Northwest corner of the stadium so they could end up with close to 70,000 seats for WrestleMania. These extra seats will be added for the 2016 Super Bowl also. WWE usually ups their attendance numbers for announcements and if they make up a number above 76,000, then that will likely be more than the real number that the NFL will announce for the Super Bowl in 2016. However, everyone knows that WrestleMania will not draw more people to Levi's Stadium than the Super Bowl will.

Regarding SummerSlam tickets selling out quickly this month, one reason for this is the scalpers. Scalpers expect eventual sellouts and try to beat the general public to the tickets. There are 3,000 of the 12,000 tickets for SummerSlam available just on Stubhub.
