Backstage News On Why CJ Parker Asked For His WWE Release, If He'll Be Welcomed Back, More

- As noted, WWE NXT Superstar CJ Parker has left the company after being granted his release. The split was amicable as WWE allowed Parker to work WrestleMania 31 Axxess.

Parker was reportedly very frustrated as he had been with WWE for four years and realized he wasn't going to make it to the main roster.

When Parker left, he was apparently told by WWE officials that he would be welcomed back in the future. Parker was said to be well-liked in the company and was saying his goodbyes at the post-WrestleMania party on Sunday night.

Parker is looking to get a job with New Japan Pro Wrestling in hopes of making a name for himself and is focused on continuing his career.
