KUSHIDA Set For Ring Of Honor/NJPW Shows, NWA Announces New Partnership With UK Promotion

Ring of Honor announced that KUSHIDA has been added to the ROH/NJPW shows in mid-May. The events will take place May 12-13 from the old ECW Arena in Philadelphia, and May 15-16 from the Ted Reeve Arena in Toronto. KUSHIDA will join the likes of Kazuchika Okada, Hiroshi Tanahashi, Testuya Naito and Jushin Thunder Liger, who have all been announced.

- The National Wrestling Alliance sent a press release that announced that FIGHT! NATION, a UK based company will be joining the alliance. The promotion will start a tournament to determine the inaugural NWA British Champion on May 5.

NWA President Bruce Tharpe also commented on the matter, saying "The National Wrestling Alliance is equally excited to have FIGHT! NATION as part of the NWA family. This is just the beginning of a measured expansion of the NWA into Europe and we are looking for this valuable partnership to continue long into the future!"
