- TMZ ran a story on the video above that John Cena posted on Twitter this week of himself squatting. According to TMZ's calculations, Cena was squatting 600 pounds, but Cena squashed that story:
To clear up all the false interpretation that has derived from the pause squat video, bar weight is 396 pounds or 180 kilos. Thank you.
