Ronda Rousey Rips Cyborg Over PEDs, Chael Sonnen Doubts Mayweather Vs. Pacquiao PPV Number, UFC 187

- UFC has released their extended preview for the upcoming UFC 187 show featuring two championship fights. The video features Chris Weidman, Daniel Cormier, Anthony "Rumble" Johnson and Vitor Belfort, and can be seen in its entirety above.

Wrestling Inc will have full, live coverage of UFC 187 on May 23.

- UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey has been on a press tour in promotion of her new book My Fight/Your Fight. She appeared on the Howard Stern Show today to talk about the book, as well as a potential superfight with Invicta FC Featherweight Champion Cris "Cyborg" Justino.

"She's very obviously been abusing performance-enhancing drugs for a long time, to the point her jawline, her hands and feet, everything is just morphed by what she's done to her body. I use the term 'her' lightly," Rousey said (props to MMAJunkie.com for the transcription). "I have to think about what sends the right message. I'm not going to do backflips for a cheating con artist. And to be honest, if you can make 145 juiced the f-ck up on steroids, you can get off of them and move down. This chick, her whole life, has had advantages that she didn't earn."

Rousey also said that Cris Cyborg darted from the UFC when out-of-competition testing was announced.

"She was in the UFC and was in talks about going to '35 and everything," Rousey said. "Then they announced out-of-competition drug testing in the UFC, and 24 hours later, she asked to be released."

- Chael Sonnen appeared on the Three Amigos Podcast this week and spoke about a variety of topics, but notably disputed the number of announced PPV buys for Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao.

"I think the number of pay-per-views they've sold is grossly embellished," Sonnen said (props to Bloody Elbow for the transcription). "I was watching Fox News, which is supposed to be a real news channel, and I respect them, but they advertised that Pacquiao's shorts alone were worth $250M. A quarter of a billion dollars! His six sponsors put up $40M per patch? Those are all publicly traded companies. If one CEO signed off on that he would not only be removed, but he would be placed in prison, and that's where his dumb ass would belong. The number of pay-per-views they did is great, but they're grossly lying about it. The pay-per-view was sold through public companies like DirecTV, we can check the goddamn numbers. You don't need to just believe they sold 3 and a half million pay-per-views, cause they didn't.
