Goldberg Gets In The Ring At Wrestling Event Today, Spears Scott Steiner (Photos)
Bill Goldberg has been out of the pro wrestling ring since his 2004 WrestleMania match with Brock Lesnar. Since then, the former WCW and WWE World Heavyweight Champion has been vocally hesitant to commit to doing much of any physical activity in the ring. Today, that changed.
At the Legends of Wrestling event at Citi Field in New York City today, which was organized by Louis "Uncle Louie" Gregory, Goldberg had a physical confrontation with former WCW foe Scott Steiner. The two have had a bit of a war of words lately, culminating in Goldberg cutting a bit of an internet promo on his longtime rival.

Goldberg hit the ring, and drilled Steiner with a huge spear before hitting Doc Gallows with a Jackhammer. Goldberg then celebrated with the crowd. You can see photos of the event below.
Goldberg spoke with Wrestling Inc recently and talked about his off-screen rivalry with Scott Steiner. Goldberg also speculated that he may be interested in running a one-off show that he would wrestle on, so his child could finally see him compete in a ring. He told us that Scott Steiner was someone that he'd be interested in wrestling. Steiner and Goldberg haven't wrestled in a one-on-one match since September 2000.
