- WWE taped the following matches tonight in Lafayette for this week's Main Event:

* Adam Rose vs. Zack Ryder

* Tamina Snuka and Naomi vs. Emma and Layla

* Fandango vs. Stardust

* NXT Champion Kevin Owens defends his title in an open challenge

- Jimmy Uso continues to do commentary for WWE Superstars and WWE Main Event as he worked both tapings this week. Jey Uso is expected to be out of action for a few months.

- The dark match in between tonight's Main Event and SmackDown tapings saw The Lucha Dragons defeat The Ascension.
