WWE Creative Note On Kevin Owens Beating John Cena, Former TNA Knockout At WWE Tryouts, Attendance
- For what it's worth, The Wrestling Observer Newsletter notes that there are people on the WWE creative team who believe the usual protocol of John Cena getting his wins back isn't the right way to book his rematch against NXT Champion Kevin Owens at Money In the Bank. The final decision will obviously be left up to Vince McMahon.
- Johnny Gargano, Jimmy Preston and former TNA Knockout Taeler Hendrix will also be working the WWE tryouts that begin next week in Orlando at the Performance Center.
- Below are recent WWE attendance figures:
* May 29th in Raleigh, NC drew 6,000 fans (John Cena tour)
* May 30th in Venice, FL for NXT drew 366 fans
* May 30th in Greensboro, NC drew 6,000 fans (John Cena tour)
* May 31st in Corpus Christi, TX for Elimination Chamber drew 7,000 fans
* June 1st in San Antonio for RAW drew 8,500 fans
