Another Term Banned By WWE?, Name At WWE Tryout In Japan

- Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio theorized that Vince McMahon may have had another decree recently for announcers to not use the term "backbreaker." The term wasn't called when Sheamus used his Irish Curse backbreaker, and if the announcers don't call the move going forward, it probably came down from Vince McMahon to not use it.

Meltzer said he wasn't sure why McMahon would eliminate that term, as it's just been one of the things he decides to do from time to time. He also said that the term has been kept off television before at the request of McMahon. It's worth noting, however, that Michael Cole called a backbreaker in the main event.

- According to Squared Circle Sirens, Nikki Storm was at the WWE tryouts in Japan this past weekend. Storm happened to be on a tour in Japan, as she was working for a company named STARDOM.

The website also says that Storm impressed officials during her tryout. She also had a tryout in April when WWE was touring in the United Kingdom. Storm also competes regularly for SHIMMER and SHINE, where she's competed since 2013.
