CM Punk Training Video, Over A Dozen UFC Fighters Released, UFC 189 Embedded

- UFC on Fox has released a new video from Ultimate Insider of CM Punk and other major UFC stars training at EXOS. Several prominent fighters were invited to the training center.

"This is the place to be if you're an athlete," Punk said. "They have a set regimen they've been putting us through. It's all functional stuff for what we have to do when we step into the Octagon."

- The UFC has apparently released 14 UFC fighters. Lisa Ellis, Jessica Rakoczy, Zhang Lipeng, Luiz Dutra, Josh Sampo, Nolan Ticman, Dhiego Lima, Andrew Todhunter, Justin Edwards, Hatsu Hioki, Ryan Jimmo, Robbie Peralta, Wendell Oliveira, and Bentley Syler are all among those released.

- UFC has released episode 5 of UFC 189 Embedded, featuring Chad Mendes, Conor McGregor, both preparing for their huge UFC championship fights at the event. It also shows the them enjoying 4th of July festivities. There are also cameos by UFC fighters Gunnar Nelson and Urijah Faber.
