Backstage News On ROH And NJPW, ROH Star Suffers Nasty Gash, WWE Legend Brought In, Visitors

- WWE Hall of Famer Bushwhacker Luke worked last night's Ring of Honor TV tapings in Philadelphia as a surprise and may be at their Field of Honor event in Brooklyn tonight.

- Former TNA Knockout Taeler Hendrix and ECW Original The Blue Meanie were visiting at last night's ROH tapings.

- Roderick Strong suffered a bad gash in his forehead last night during the title match against ROH World Champion Jay Lethal. The injury came when one of Lethal's teeth went into Strong's skin. Strong was alright but had some swelling and will still work Field of Honor tonight.

- ROH officials are very excited about continuing their working agreement with New Japan Pro Wrestling that we noted last night. PWInsider notes that it appears both sides will be doing a lot more talent exchanges and are coordinating dates so that can happen more frequently.
