Photo: Former UFC Superstar At WWE SmackDown Tapings, Possible Meeting With Michael Cole
- Global Force Wrestling announcer and former UFC fighter Chael Sonnen is in attendance for tonight's WWE SmackDown tapings in Portland, Oregon. Sonnen is from the area.
It was reported several weeks ago via The Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Sonnen would be meeting with Michael Cole at tonight's tapings and it looks like that meeting could really be happening. It was reported then that the meeting was arranged by WWE talent scout Gerald Brisco and WWE's Senior Director of Talent Development Canyon Ceman.
