Stephen Amell On Why He Cried At WrestleMania 6, WWE Writes Check To Make-A-Wish, SmackDown
- It's worth noting that Hulk Hogan was mentioned in a brand new WWE Network video. During Renee Young's "Unfiltered" chat with actor Stephen Amell this week, he talked about attending WrestleMania 6 and crying when Hulk Hogan lost to The Ultimate Warrior. Amell said he "cried when Hulk" lost but did not say Hogan's last name.
- WWE SmackDown ranked #1 among non-sporting events for the night in Nielsen's Twitter TV ratings. SmackDown had a unique audience of 1.037 million, which represents the number of Twitter accounts that commented on the show. This is down from last week's 1.060 million. SmackDown had total impressions of 2.744 million, which represents the number of times the show was tweeted about. This is up from last week's 2.329 million.
- The WWE Tough Enough finalists, Sheamus, Stephanie McMahon and The Bella Twins also attended John Cena's 500th Make-A-Wish party at Dave & Buster's in New York City today. As you can see, WWE presented a check for $1 million to Make-A-Wish. Below are more photos:
