Update On Ring Of Honor Issues With Dish Network, Sinclair Broadcasting

In an update to the Ring of Honor-Sinclair Broadcasting-Dish Network situation that briefly saw ROH go dark on the service, the two sides have reached a temporary extension.

The issue will arise again, as the extension is simply being used to help the two negotiate a new deal. Ring of Honor had asked fans to contact Dish Network to urge the company to come to an agreement with Sinclair broadcasting.

Dish Network told WSJ that a Sinclair blackout could be the "largest local channel blackout in retransmission consent history."
