WWE Main Event Recap (8/7): Big Show Vs. Jack Swagger Get A 15 Minute Match, Lucha Dragons, More

Welcome to Wrestling Inc's coverage of Main Event. The Big Show is slated to be in action today.

- Big Show comes out and cuts a promo for several minutes about Ryback not being there. He says Ryback has his IC title, and he wants it. Jack Swagger interrupts and challenges Big Show to a match.

Big Show vs. Jack Swagger

Big Show dominated Swagger early on, working him into the corner and dropping Swagger with a shoulder block. He then steps and walks on Swagger repeatedly. This beat down continues for several minutes until Show tosses Swagger out of the ring.

Swagger makes it back in, but Show continues the domination of Jack Swagger. Show applies a huge calf cutter to Swagger, but Jack reverses it and sends show into the turnbuckle. Swagger goes for a big splash in the corner, but Show cuts him off with a giant chop to the chest.

Show powerslams Swagger to the mat, and sets up for his own rendition of the Vader Bomb, but Swagger somehow kicks out at two. Big Show goes up to the top rope, but Swagger body slams him off the top rope for another two count. Swagger gets caught in a chokeslam out of a Vader Bomb attempt, but elbows his way out. Show plants him shortly after with another chokeslam, and Swagger kicks out at two! Big Show lands the KO punch for the pin.

Winner: Big Show via pinfall (KO punch)

That segment went 25 minutes, with the match lasting 15. It was pretty good stuff.

- Raw recaps. Joy.

Lucha Dragons vs. Ascension

Ascension grounds Kalisto early on, but he makes a tag and Sin Cara experiences the same fate. Ascension double teams him in their corner. You would think by now Lucha Dragons would have figured out that Viktor gets a blind tag every single time they sunset flip Conor.'

Sin Cara makes the hot tag to Kalisto, who hits his corkscrew press, spin kick and spiked huracanrana before Conor breaks up the pin attempt. Kalisto sends them both outside, which set up big suicide dives to the outside. Back inside, the Dragons hit Salida del Sol and the Swanton for the win.

Winners: Lucha Dragons via pinfall (Swanton)
