Another Court Date Set For WWE Hall Of Famer Sunny, Sunny Denies One DUI Charge

- We noted before that a bench warrant was issued for the arrest of WWE Hall of Famer Tammy "Sunny" Sytch in Carbon County, PA after missing a third hearing on September 3rd for her May 30th arrest. As noted, she was pulled over in a Walmart parking lot after police aw her hit a curb, leading to DUI, careless driving and driving with a suspended license charges. She has a December 1st pre-trial conference scheduled and if no deal is reached between now and then, she will have to go to a jury trial on December 7th.

In regards to Sunny's other cases, she has a preliminary court date set for October 7th in regards to her arrests on June 1st and June 20th. She will be facing charges of DUI, failure to stay in her lane, careless driving and driving without a license.

As we noted before, Sunny was stopped on June 1st at 9:35am for a vehicle violation and was found to be under the influence of alcohol. A few weeks later on June 20th, Sunny was arrested again after crashing her car.

Sunny claimed on Twitter this weekend that she was not given a DUI for the June 20th accident, noting that she had a seizure behind the wheel instead.
