Bully Busick Talks Cancer Battle, Weekend WWE Merchandise, Vince McMahon And Eva Marie Covers
- We noted back in August that former WWE star Nick "Big Bully" Busick underwent surgery for esophagus cancer. In the video below, Bill Apter of 1wrestling.com talks with Busick about his battle with cancer and his recovery. Busick is recovering at home now and says he "snuck" in a workout this week. Busick noted that they're going to donate some of the proceeds from his fundraiser to Connor's Cure.
- WWE has been selling a $30 "NXT Texas" t-shirt at this weekend's NXT live events in Texas. Apparently the shirt has been a hot item. Another big seller this weekend was the limited edition Kevin Owens t-shirt for his homecoming at the WWE live event in Montreal last night. Many sizes were sold out after intermission. WWE also sold a "Suplex City Montreal" t-shirt for Brock Lesnar, who was not on the card.
- Tapout and Jack Swagger aren't the only ones representing WWE at the Mr. Olympia convention in Las Vegas this week. As seen below, Muscle & Fitness has their covers with Vince McMahon and Eva Marie on display at their booth:
