- As noted, Ronda Rousey recently stated that she would be filming Mile 22 with Mark Wahlberg in Jakarta during WrestleMania season and effectively ruled out appearing at WrestleMania 32 next year. UFC President Dana White recently spoke about Rousey appearing at the event, and wondered why people would want to see it when they "can see her fight."
"The thing she did with WWE was cool, it was cool," White said, via FOX Sports. "She did a great job, I thought it was awesome, but believe me when I tell you she's got a lot of s**t to do. She's pretty busy. Why would you want to see her wrestle when you can see her fight?"
- Speaking of Rousey, she put another impressive feather in her cap by being named to Fortune's Top 40 Under 40 list. Rousey was the only athlete and came in at #40 on the list, which ranks "the most influential young people in business." WeWork co-founder and CEO Adam Neumann topped the list.
