Kurt Angle's Brother Charged With Homicide

Horrible news for the Angle family, and Allegheny County in general as Kurt Angle's brother David has been charged with homicide.

David Angle, 62, is currently in the Alleghany County jail as he awaits arraignment on the charge, Lt. Andrew Schurman told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

Angle's wife was found dead in their Dormont residence on Sunday morning. Paramedics and police responded to a domestic disturbance call at approximately 6:24 a.m. local time to find Donna Angle not breathing.

David told police that he rejected an offer for alcohol from Donna, which exploded into a huge argument. He claims that Donna attempted to kick him, and he countered by grabbing her arms, placing his foot on her chest and pulling back. She lost consciousness, and never woke up despite his claims that he attempted to revive her.

Kurt Angle's manager Dave Hawk issued a statement to the Post Gazette, saying "Due to the situation Kurt would appreciate if you can honor his family's request for privacy at his difficult time."

To avoid any confusion, David did not appear in the WWE alongside Kurt Angle. That role belonged to brother Eric Angle.
