Charlotte Calls NXT TakeOver Match The Best Of The Year, Talks Bayley's Entrance, Being In The Crowd
WWE Diva Charlotte spoke to WWE.com and WWE's Youtube following NXT TakeOver: Respect, and talked about enjoying the show from the crowd, and how Bayley and Sasha Banks inspired her after there performances.
Charlotte noted that it was the first time that she's been a part of the crowd for an NXT TakeOver show at Full Sail, and talked about how seeing Bayley's entrance affected her.
"It was my first show seeing Bayley make her entrance as NXT Women's Champion. It gave me goosebumps. You can feel the energy from the crowd and feel their emotion. To see how invested they are in Sasha and Bayley, but to see them be exactly what they told they were going to be, I could not be more proud," Charlotte said.
Charlotte, who recently won the WWE Divas title after debuting only months ago, said the NXT TakeOver main event inspired her as a champion, and gave the match high praise, calling it the best of the year.
"They inspired me tonight. I'm blown away. That's wrestling. That should be match of the year," Charlotte said, with a giddy look on her face.
