Indy Company Takes Shot At New WWE Talent, Mark Henry Wins Dark Match, Team WWE NXT To Pull A Plane
- As noted, WWE Tough Enough competitor Patrick Clark has signed with WWE and missed some indie bookings this past weekend. The Millennium Wrestling Federation posted this video today taking shots at Patrick, calling him a Total Diva. MWF says Clark is no-showing their live event tomorrow night.
- Team WWE NXT will be participating in the Special Olympics of Florida's 2015 Plane Pull. They also participated last year and pulled a 50-ton jetliner in just 5.7 seconds, raising $8,285 for the Special Olympics of Florida. This year's event takes place on November 7th in Orlando from the Orlando International Airport at the JetBlue hangar. Participants include Billy Gunn, Adam Pearce, Matt Bloom, Josh Bredl, Matt Wishlinski, Apollo Crews, Tom Kingdon, Jason Jordan, Tucker Knight, Hugo Knox, King Konstantine, Blake, Murphy and Tino Sabbatelli. - The dark match in between tonight's WWE Main Event and SmackDown tapings in Austin, Texas saw Mark Henry defeat Brad Maddox. Maddox, rocking the blonde hair but still using the Brad Maddox name, cut a heel promo before the match. Our correspondent described it as very "Heath Slater/Damien Sandow jobber-esque."
