Match 4 in the Best of Five Series (ACH leads 2-1)
Matt Sydal vs. ACH

The two get heated when Sydal gets a little cocky, and ACH drops him to the mat with a shoulder block. ACH cartwheels out of a headscissors attempt, but gets dropkicked out of the ring by Sydal. ACH comes back and lands an awesome handspring headscissors while outside the ring. Back inside, ACH hits a nasty double foot stomp to Sydal's back.

We come back from commercial to see Matt Sydal working over the legs of ACH before absolutely destroying him with a head kick. The referee checks for a stoppage, but Sydal tries a pin anyway. ACH still manages to kick out at two several times. ACH fires back with a spinning kick of his own, followed by a German suplex for a two count.

Sydal goes for a second rope Frankensteiner, but ACH miraculously lands on his feet. ACH with a big elbow and a Cross Rhodes, but Sydal somehow kicks out as the crowd is still buzzing about ACH landing on his feet. Sydal hits a reverse rana and a Shooting Star Press to get the pinfall victory.

Winner: Matt Sydal via pinfall (Shooting Star Press) to even up the series at 2-2

The Addiction and Chris Sabin hit the ring after the match and jump both men. They said they're mad that their titles were stolen at All-Star Extravaganza. They also say that they weren't the men under the masks at the PPV. They challenge Kingdom for their title rematch, but ANX come out instead. ANX says they weren't beaten for the titles, either, and they want their shot.

- Silas Young and the Beer City Bruiser come out with Dalton Castle's boys. Castle runs down their gear and says they're going to learn how to take a whipping from a man.

BCB squashes them both in the corner, then lands a double suplex. He goes up top for a frog splash, but they move out of the way. Young comes in and hits Misery on one of the boys and wins.

Winners: Silas Young & Beer City Bruiser via pinfall (Misery)

- We see this week's edition of Inside ROH, where reDRagon says that Adam Cole screwed up by turning on them. Cole says he did it because he wants to be ROH Champion again, and that everyone wanted Kyle O'Reilly to be the breakout star of Future Shock, but he was.

ROH World TV Championship
Jay Lethal (c) (w/ Truth Martini) vs. Watanabe

Watanabe starts out with a big chop to the chest of Lethal, but Lethal dumps him to the outside and scores his Crash and Burn Trifecta. Lethal sends Watanabe into the barricade several times before rolling in the ring. A body slam an a kick earn Lethal a two count. Lethal teases the crowd with a big move, but instead applies a chinlock.

Watanabe busts out and runs Lethal into the turnbuckle five times before hitting a German suplex. A Watanabe lariat can't get the job done, and Lethal kicks him square in the balls. Lethal Injection gets the win for the champion.

Winner: Jay Lethal via pinfall (Lethal Injection) to retain the ROH TV Championship

The crowd chants "AJ Styles" at Lethal. He storms off to end the show.
