WWE Smackdown Recap (10/22): Tyler Breeze Debuts, Roman Reigns & Ambrose Team, Cesaro Vs. Rollins

- Seth Rollins is in the back, where he runs into Corporate Kane. Kane books him in a match, but won't tell Rollins who he's facing. Kane then runs into New Day, without Xavier. They're upset that Xavier got hurt and isn't there. They call Kane booty, and get booked against Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns.

Seth Rollins vs. Cesaro

Well, Cesaro was a pleasant surprise. He immediately gutwrench suplexes Rollins, who goes outside the ring to regroup. Cosmic Wasteland is shown at ringside. Rollins comes back in, only to eat a bunch of European uppercuts and a dropkick. Rollins lures Cesaro outside and runs the European into the stairs.

We come back to see Rollins putting the boots to Cesaro, but he ends up getting dropkicked out of the ring. Cesaro uppercuts Rollins over the barrier, but gets kicked in the face upon returning to the ring. Cesaro still manages to apply a crossface in the middle of the ring. Rollins gets to the ropes and Pedigrees Cesaro for the win.

Winner: Seth Rollins via pinfall (Pedigree)

- Miz is backstage and says Summer Rae is going to drop a bombshell on MizTV.

- Paige says nobody believes that she didn't attack Natalya, so she brings out Charlotte and Becky. Becky and Charlotte go off on Paige, which brings out the Bella Army. They trash PCB and call Paige "baby Beetlejuice." Paige challenges Nikki, and Nikki accepts.

Paige (w/ PCB) vs. Nikki Bella (w/ Bella Army)

Nikki lands a facebuster over her knee, but Paige ends up delivering knees of her own on the apron, then right to the face in the ring. We come back from a commercial to see Nikki Bella working over Paige's arm. Paige fights back with more knees, but gets dropped by a Nikki Bella spinebuster.

Nikki goes for the Rack attack, but Paige escapes out of the back and gets a two count. Nikki uses an AlabamaSlam for a two count. Nikki clobbers Paige with a big forearm and hits the Rack attack for the win.

Winner: Nikki Bella via pinfall (Rack Attack)

- MizTV kicks off, and Miz brings out Dolph Ziggler. Miz asks what it's like to be kicked to the curb on TMZ. Dolph brushes t off and says he's not that worried about it and Lana is an adult. Summer comes out and says she proposed to the wrong man, but it's not Dolph Ziggler, it's Tyler Breeze. Breeze makes his debut to "NXT" chants. Breeze says Ziggler is stuck in 1985. He says Prince Pretty has arrived. Ziggler tries to trash talk Ziggler and they start fighting. Breeze uses the selfie stick to attack Ziggler. Dolph is laid out.

Sheamus & King Barrett (w/ Rusev) vs. Lucha Dragons

Sin Cara lands a springboard body block and a moonsault. Kalisto and Sin Cara take turns landing high flying moves until Barrett tags to Sheamus, who beats the hell out of Sin Cara with a powerslam. Barrett is tagged in and works over Sin Cara.

Kalisto gets the hot tag and connects with a springboard huracanrana to Sheamus, followed by the spiked rana for a two count. Sin Cara goes to suicide dive Barrett, but Rusev pushes Barrett out of the way. Kalisto gets revenge by flipping over the top onto Rusev, but gets distracted and Brogue Kicked for the win.

Winners Sheamus & King Barrett via pinfall (Brogue Kick)

- Bo Dallas comes out and sings the National Anthem, singing "Bo say can you see." He's interrupted by Ryback. Poor guy.

Bo Dallas vs. Ryback

Bo Dallas gets slammed around the ring several times before dropping Ryback with a clothesline. Ryback hits a piggyback stunner, Meat Hook and Shellshocked for the pin.

Winner: Ryback via pinfall (Shellshocked)

- Kevin Owens is interviewed by Renee Young, who asks if Kevin's gameplan has changed after the match he just saw. Owens is arrogant and says that as far as he's concerned, nobody held the IC title before him.

Roman Reigns & Dean Ambrose vs. New Day

New Day are wearing "XW" armbands to honor Woods. Roman Reigns takes out both members of New Day, but gets knocked off the apron by Big E as we go to our final commercial break. We come back to see New Day working over Reigns, but Ambrose gets tagged in after Big E gets posted, and Kofi kicks him right in the chops.

Kofi busts out a Boom Drop, but misses a body press out of the corner. Reigns takes advantage with nine big clotheslines int the corner and a big slam in the middle of the ring. Reigns follows up with Drive By kicks to both members of New Day. Ambrose dropkicks Big E, and then gets clotheslined over the top rope.

New Day tries to leave, but the Dudley Boyz chase them back. Reigns with a Superman Punch to Big E, who also eats a Lunatic Lariat. Reigns and Ambrose hit a Doomsday Device on Big E, then Kofi gets Superman Punched and Speared.

Winners: Roman Reigns & Dean Ambrose via pinfall (Spear)

Bray Wyatt pops up on the TitanTron and tells Reigns that he'll see him in hell.
