Backstage News On Alberto Del Rio, Former WWE NXT Star Training For Olympics, Attendance

- Cal Bishop (Clayton Jack), who was released from WWE NXT in October, is training for the 2016 Olympics as a freestyle wrestler in the super heavyweight division. He last wrestled competitively in 2012, placing 4th at the NCAA tournament. Cal's departure was featured on WWE Breaking Ground this week.

- The alliance with Zeb Colter and WWE United States Champion Alberto Del Rio was a Vince McMahon idea and as noted, it appears they've ended the angle after the feeling was that it had run its course. It's possible that the split seen on RAW was just a swerve angle for Jack Swagger vs. Del Rio at WWE TLC on Sunday but they've had plans for Del Rio to be alone going into 2016.

- Below are recent WWE attendance figures:

* December 3rd in Orlando, FL for NXT drew a sellout of 300 fans
* December 4th in Largo, FL for NXT a sellout of 300 fans
* December 4th in Johnson City, TN drew 5,500 fans (Roman Reigns tour)
* December 5th in Citrus Springs, FL for NXT drew 225 fans
