There are rumors that Nikki's neck injury is due to her Rack Attack finishing move.

However, it was indicated on Wrestling Observer Radio today that while the injury is legit, there may be something more to the Rack Attack aspect of the story because of Total Divas. Perhaps the injury is being attributed to the Rack Attack for a Total Divas storyline or something like that, we don't know for sure yet.
