Triple H was taken to the back on a stretcher following the attack by Roman Reigns at the conclusion of tonight's WWE TLC pay-per-view. You can check out photos of The Game being stretchered into an ambulance below.

As noted, WWE is reporting that Triple H is being "evaluated by WWE medical staff" and will be observed overnight.
