WWE Congratulates Layla And Ricky Ortiz, WWE Fans On TLC Title Changes, Chris Candido Doc Trailer
- We noted a while back that Chris Candido's brother Johnny has been working on a documentary about the late WWE, WCW, TNA and ECW Superstar, who passed away at the age of 33 on April 28th, 2005 due to a blood clot, which was a complication from surgery. Above is the extended trailer that was just released. The movie will be released some time in 2016.
- WWE's website has a new poll asking fans who is most likely to lose their title at TLC on Sunday – WWE World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus, Intercontinental Champion Kevin Owens, United States Champion Alberto Del Rio, Tag Team Champions The New Day or Divas Champion Charlotte. With over 9,500 votes, 43% believe Sheamus will drop the title to Roman Reigns. 25% believe Dean Ambrose will defeat Owens, 17% believe The Usos or The Lucha Dragons will leave with gold, 10% went with Paige and 5% see another title reign in Jack Swagger's future.
- As noted, former WWE Diva Layla and former WWE Superstar Ricky Ortiz were married in Arizona earlier this month. WWE congratulated the couple with this message on their website:
"After revealing their engagement this past summer, former WWE Divas Champion Layla and former WWE Superstar Ricky Ortiz (Richard Young) were married earlier this month. Join the rest of the WWE Universe in congratulating Layla and Ortiz on this exciting new chapter in their lives!"
