Billy Corgan made headlines last year when he joined TNA Wrestling as a executive. Since then he's helped creatively, as well as producing music for the show. He spoke to TMZ this week about working for the company.
Corgan told TMZ that TNA was in a rebuilding process, comparing it to that of the Chicago Cubs.
"I started this weird crazy journey I'm on working in the business. There's a ton of talent in TNA, so it's an exciting time in TNA, if we can turn that corner. We're building on talent, a great locker room, a great front office," Corgan said.

One thing Corgan says that wrestling needs to fix is the misogyny associated with it. He pointed to former UFC Champion Ronda Rousey as an example of women being draws.
"I think there is a whole host of ways to portray women in wrestling in the future that sort of gets away from the typical misogynist stuff. I think (Ronda Rousey) embodies everything that is about smart, sexy, and tough, I think that's shown to be a huge marketable asset."
