Jimmy Snuka Trial Delayed; Attorney Says Snuka Isn't Fit To Stand Trial
The trial for WWE Hall of Famer "Superfly" Jimmy Snuka has been postponed, as his defense attorney says that the former wrestling star isn't competent to stand trial.
Snuka's defense attorney Robert Kirwan II filed a motion for a competency hearing in Lehigh County Court in Pennsylvania. Snuka was set to go on trial for third-degree murder in March.

Snuka was charged with involuntary manslaughter and third degree murder of former girlfriend Nancy Argentino in 1983. Police were called to their hotel room, where Argentino was found dead. Snuka has maintained his innocence throughout the process, saying it was an accident.
According to Kirwan, Snuka's mental and physical health has went downhill over the past several months, to the point where he doesn't even understand that he was arrested.
WWE removed Snuka from their official website last year after charges were filed. The company has yet to comment on removing him from their Hall of Fame, although no physical Hall of Fame actually exists. The company also suspended his Legends contract.
