WWE On John Cena - AJ Styles, Big Show Talks Getting Knocked Out, Becky Lynch On Her Inspirations
- As noted earlier, John Cena posted a photo of AJ Styles on his Instagram this morning. WWE.com has a short article here about it, nothing that the post was "fueling speculation about Styles' WWE status." The article read:
"Cena is known for posting off-kilter pictures on his Instagram, the significance of which isn't always apparent, but does the Cenation leader know something we don't in this instance? Could this mean the rumors of AJ Styles heading to WWE are true? Or is Cena just fanning the flames? Feel free to speculate in the comments below.
- David Bixenspan has an article over at SBNation looking at the Big Show's one-time boxing career. Big Show decided to try his hand at boxing after leaving WWE in 2007, and changed his mind after getting knocked silly by an overhand left while sparring with super heavyweight former Olympic alternate T.J. Wilson.
"I remember trapping [Wilson] in the comer, him getting out of the corner, and then I remember waking up in my Hummer with the keys in the ignition," White recalled. "Apparently, they had taken my gloves off, called the match, and I had taken my bag and walked out of the gym and was sitting in my car with the car running, when I woke up... It scared the s–t out of me."
- News-Press.com has a short Q&A with Becky Lynch for their column, The Kitchen, this week. In the column, Lynch commented on her favorite cuisine, quick meals, guilty food pleasures and more. She also talked about her inspirations.
"My mother and brother," Lynch stated. "I am a big Georges St.-Pierre fan, The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Finn Balor, Mick Foley, Tazz and all of the women I work with."
