Ronda Rousey's Coach Suspended And Fined By California State Athletic Commission
In an interesting twist from the article we posted earlier, Ronda Rousey's head trainer Edmond Tarverdyan has been suspended by the California State Athletic Commission.
Tarverdyan was suspended for three months and fined $5,000 for failing to disclose past criminal offenses, according to MMAFighting. Tarverdyan was arrested in 2010 for felony identity theft and a misdemeanor resisting arrest charge. All of the charges were reduced to misdemeanors, with Tarverdan pleading no contest.
